CQ Tactical offers the ultimate experience for your son, daughter, husband, or wife. They will get to celebrate their birthday with friends in a private room before aiding each other in their missions in our indoor arena, outdoor field, or escape rooms.

All birthday parties are a total of 2.5 hours.

Laser Tag Non Exclusive Session- $250.00

-Up to 12 guests ($20.83 per player)
-Private room for party
-Birthday guest of honor will receive a surprise gift from CQ Tactical.
Additional guests up to 24 will be an additional $15.00 per person and can only be added the day of the party if there is availability.

Laser Tag Exclusive Session- $365.00

-Up to 24 guests ($15.20 per player)
-Players on course will be your party attendees only
-Private room for party
-Birthday guest of honor will receive a surprise gift from CQ Tactical.

Escape Room Exclusive Session- $250.00

-Up to 12 guests ($20.83 per player)
-Escape room is reserved for your party attendees only

FAQ For Birthday Parties

How do I make a Birthday Party reservation? Can I reserve my party online?

  • Please call the facility at 813-689-6220 or email us at info@cqtactical.com in order to reserve your party. Our customer service team will discuss party package options and answer all your questions to ensure we create the perfect event for the birthday guest of honor!

Does CQ Tactical give the “Guest of Honor” a gift?

  • YES! The Guest of Honor will recieve a surprise gift from CQ Tactical and all party participants will receive a discounted pass for a future laser tag session time as a thank you for attending the party!

What is the time length of a Birthday Party? 

  • Birthday parties are 2.5 hours in length; you will celebrate with your guests for 1.0 hour in your own exclusive party room before entering the arena for 1.5 hours of exciting gameplay!

Does CQ Tactical offer food, drinks or other party accessories (banners, plates, silverware etc.)? 

  • We do not carry the items listed above, however, we do have bottled water for sale for participants.

Can we bring our own food and drinks?

  • Feel free to bring cake, drinks, food, have pizza delivered or have your event catered.  If you are unsure of your options, our customer service team will be happy to provide you contacts with various local establishments that can deliver food to our location.  We only request that you do not bring any open-flame heating devices.

Can adults play also?

  • Most definitely, in fact we encourage adults to join the party!  You can have either 12 guests (non-exclusive party) or 24 guests (exclusive party) in the arena. Players can be adults or children.

Are there any age or height restrictions?

  • Yes, all players must be at least 8 years of age and 48 inches in height. These restrictions are for the safety of our guests.

Can I add players to the party after making the birthday party reservations?

  • Yes, additional players can be added for only $15.00 each. However, players can only be added the day of the party and only if spots are still available.

What are the requirements for payment?

  • If booking outside of two weeks, we will require a 50% deposit at the time of booking. The remaining 50% is due two weeks prior to the day of the party and will automatically be charged to the credit card on file.

What is the cancelation policy?

  • We will provide a full refund if the cancellation is requested at least two-weeks prior to the event.
